Processing new KTP or renewal usually takes 3-5 working days after complete submission. For data changes, the process can be faster depending on document completeness.

Requirements for business permits include KTP copy, residence certificate, business plan, and completed application form. All documents must be complete and meet regulations.

You can submit complaints via our official website, visit the office directly, or call the available phone number. All complaints will be processed according to priority.

Currently, KTP renewal can only be done in person at our office. We are developing an online service to make it easier for the community in the future.

The cost of issuing a birth certificate is Rp 5,, payable through bank or cashier at our office.
